there's actually a hole where you can use an extension and 1/4 inch ratchet. Much easier than a wrench and no need to stick your arm inside the door.

there is a hole where you can see the nuts.

you go ahead and try it, and you'll realize how much of a pita it is to reach the nut through the holes with your tools.

not to mention how easy it is to make a dent on your door
and bend the door panel frustratingly trying to undo the nuts through the hole.

I actually installed the mirrors twice, the first time it took me a good 3 hours (well I didnt know how to start and I took it really slow) and the second time I managed to get everything done in an hour

yea i realized you can look in there to see where you are...im not sure about sticking a ratchet in there
