At one point, I was told the photo album privelege has been restricted to "members" only.
However, HondaGal made mention just a couple of days ago that you can still have access since you are registered as an owner.
I would give this a try:
Go to "start button" and open it.
Click on "photo album" and see if you get one. Be patient, it takes about 1/2 a minute. If you get one, click on "new image" and when the new page shows up, it'll give you 5 spaces where you can "browse" and find your pic in your computer. You can only do 5 at a time. When you are done, "add images" and you will see them in your photo album after they have loaded. Now you can select them when you make a post or reply or PM.

If you don't get to your photo album after that first step, then what I was told is correct and a minimum $20.00 membership will give you a huge photo album.
