Not really.

I use UMTS here in Europe already since one year for different appications.

With good reception it take about 5 sec to load the main page.

Most of the time I just hook up my laptop via the bluetooth function.

I can even surf the Internet while riding in the car ( as a passenger of course)

 

haha thats all i did in school, used my p800, hp6315, treo, and my p910a.

it kills time fast, and mine was the same as dial up

must be cool, but i'd have no patience for that to scroll through all the posts and pics. also, doen't that kill the battery pretty quick?

 

nice idea - but i HATE browsing on phones. technology isnt' fast enough yet.
