you do realize you are completely wrong if your talking about the s2000?
Please explain to me why it's so "different" with an S2000. Care to elaborate on backpressure while you're at it? Also, please feel free to read the posts from other members that responded to your post that actually have experience from running open header.

Don't come crying saying that you were referring to FI either...

I have also run without the second section of my TIR exhaust- it was f****** loud as hell. The low end felt slower- I think I probably was losing some torque but one it was above 6 grand it was quicker- broke tires more without than with the exhaust- that is my experience- By the way I didnt purposely take off my exhaust- it broke and then was re-welded the next day.

open header will not hurt the performance, it will actually increase top end performance.

back pressure? meh..... how long is this myth going to be around? the less back pressure the better for max hp. I could care less what other members have experienced with their "butt-dyno" I have seen it with my own eyes on a dyno, have you?

back pressure has nothing to do with making power, its exhaust velocity, exhaust speed.

so you tell me how running an open header is going to make less HP....

that is my car.

i placed my dyno sheet in the NA thread made by versionJDM a few months/years?lol back.

and the videos are old, about 3 years i believe. i realize its stupid to drive on the street like that but i dont feel like starting an age old debate once again. it's all subjective, i don't care much for what you all think.

come to think of it, now i remember why i stopped posting on these forums.
