Soo, I have had my matte/satin black for about a month now. There is one other user on the board that has a satin black that I know of, toeknee.

Fingerprints really suck. They show up REALLY well. People love to touch my car now. Maybe I need to paint myself satin black?

Washing just like normal. Meguiars forums say that it can be waxed without getting glossy. Water beading on satin black looks cool as hell! I will be waxing as soon as it gets warm enough.

My paint is from House of Kolor. It is a satin, not matte. Satin finish means there is a little reflection in it. The car feels kind of soft.

For the first year or so after I got my car I loved looking back at it as I walked away. After a while the feeling faded a little. Now it is back in full force! I have a couple little things bothering me about the look but I am working on it.

Pictures just don't do it justice. I would love to see other cars done in a flat color in person.
