I Finally Got Her!
After a year of hard work I was finally able to purchase my dream car (without borrowing, relying on parents or a payment plan method)! I purchased it from a nice gentleman who was selling it for his father. Its a 2002 Suzuka Ap1 (as you can probably tell from the picture) Has 118k Miles, One owner (car was babied its entire life.
New Tires, A giant folder of every maintenance record
everything practically in mint condition and was able to buy it off of him in cash for $11,500.
I think its a great buy, but what do you guys think? Being my first s2000 (and manual car for that matter), I'm driving her nice and easy and learning good habits, and will take her to a track in the near future to safely learn the limits.
All in all, I'm LOVING the s2k life and cant wait to enjoy it for the years to come.

Looks good!
A buddy has the same year and color. He bought it (used) a little under 2 years ago and "put it in the cattails" when he spun out on a curve in the Metroparks. Learn where that happens in a more forgiving environment! (No damage to anything but his pride and the mud and grass washed off easily.) He didn't have the greatest tires when it bought it so if you need new tires consider extreme performance summer tires.
