Default I have to share the pain..

One day before transfering money for a low mileage 1998 NSX 3.2 I had a accident on the track. I am not sure what happened, I lost it after exiting a hard left turn @ 120Kmh (75mph), made a 180 spin and met the wall. The seatbelt punched me so hard, I had to lay down for a minute and I am a 210lbs. muscle-guy. The frame of the car remained untouched btw. so the major fcuk up was:

front and rear right fender, door, front and side window, mirror, diff, both nuckles, rear brake disc (broke like a CD) but I changed the rear uper and lower control arm as well, since they can not bend but might have micro-fractures. Diff mounts, engine mount, ABS sensor, brake pads and some more minor thing gone bad as well. Oh and a new rear CE28n

While I was at it, I put the TS hood on it, painted the whole car in diamond black met. (Skoda SuberB color) because the difference in full or part repaint was less than 200USD.

Got many parts used (diff was 680USD) so the whole thing incl. labour ran me around 4500USD.
I will not enter the track with my S again, have a LOVEFAB kit on it's way and will keep it as a steet car. An ITR is coming in September, crasher are cheaper in those

Here are the pics:

Now if you ask your self what was wrong with the rear wheel, be informed that the axle punched a whole in it

Now see the resurrection of something that many people told me to get rid of, but that would brake my

I hope you will with me, because that's what I wanted to do for 4 long months.

Custom interior anyone?

Now things are getting better:

and better..

This is the result:

So if you see someone dressed like this working on your car

(from my last track day kaboom )

don't think he doesn't know what he's doing.

And guess what I have done only 1 day after finishing the car? I won my categhory in auto-x

Here is the final product including my wife:

(yes the cap says BAR CODE )

And for all you whores, he is a close up of the 2 airbags

I hope you have enjoyed my small photo story, here is one last pic of the first ever track day in the Middle East, I am in front of that TS fighter jet:

Cats were having SEX on my dashboard, sand storms were covering my seats, rain (very rare over here)was giving me the rest, people were writing me of, local dealer was not having the parts but HERE I am because what ever doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

Damn you have it made over there...all that damage and only 4,500 worth of work...I ENVY YOU ...My wreck was not Nearly as bad as yours...Yes our american inflation brought the sub total up sever thousand more than your own...I have the Ings+1 kit on the way...and if I have enough money left over from the settlement I will buy a supercharger to add on to my baby...I'm still driving my s now until I goes into the shop..the only thing visably wrong with it is the front bumper, pass fender, pass headlight...and that ='ed up to 7 k ...gotta love state farm...I'm getting everything replaced with better stuff and will have so much left over and I put it into the bank and save up for some more parts
