My friend just recently got coilovers and a set of wheels, so we thought it was about time to take some pictures of his car. It was pretty overcast, so I didn't think the pictures would be anything special, but in the end I think they came out pretty good.

WTF is wrong with stretched tires? ...and is it really necessary to comment on how a tire sits on a rim?

...here is my .02 about wheels and tires:

I see many people buy volks, advan rgIIs, etc... in 18 (or 17) x8 in the front and 8.5 in the rear. now the 225 in the front offers some stretch, but the 255 on a 8.5 squares the sidewall and fills out the entire wheel... now that starts to look a bit "tacky". instead of maybe having a 9 or 9.5 in the rear with a 255 which would look more or less the same as a 225 on the 8 in front.

Stretched tires have their purpose, so why knock on 'em?
