Full Carbon Fiber frame, seat post, fork, crank, handle bars. Kevlar Seat. Garmin GPS w/ Heart Rate and Cadence sensor. Bike alone is about $6200 with the upgrades to the headset and seat post. Total weight roughly 15 LBS. It's pretty a pretty sweet bike. If you rode you would understand. To each is own.
