Default Improving the area between the rad and the block

I recently added a K&N fipk to my car, mostly because I like the sound. Now that the stock air cleaner and intake tube is out, the area (cross member, a/c plumbing, etc.) looks pretty naked. I know about the carbon covers that bridge between the fascia and rad, but what about something for between the rad and the front of the engine. Anyone done anything with that? Any pics or suggestions would be appreciated. Of course, I do predict that at some point that area will be filled nicely with a supercharger and aftercooler, but I'd like something for before that time (and money) comes. Thanks for any suggestions.

Mike

... I did that also, only because I didn't like the naked look it had with my V2.

That's where my Accusump unit is going to mount. I WISH I had more space.

If you aren't going with boost, get the cross member cover that was shown above.

who cares if there is a gap there. if anything its more room for air to circulate through your engine, keeping it cooler under the hood. i think that piece that goes on the cross member is kinda cheesy and not worth spending money on. just give it a good cleaning and it will look great. wait and save the money to put towards your FI kit.
