thanks for the comments. the lip was damaged when i bought the car and had been patched and painted black.
bodywork is next on the list, some smoothing etc.
id love a carbon lip as the spoiler is carbon but they are big bucks

ah its been a nightmare mate.
i borrowed a roller from a local shop, rolled the rears but they still rub, and ive narrowed it down to the bumper, as i can see where the paint is worn, so 90% of my buffing is the bumper lip.
the front needs pulled as it occassionally catches.
a good friend is a bodyworker and does all my paint, s when she goes for paint hes flaring the fronts and rears properly. so ill live with it as best i can until then, or fit a 235 rear tyre would probably stop it.

Presume rears you have 17x9 ET45 what are the fronts?
Is it rubbing on the plastic on the bumper ? You can just dremel a little bit of that off or is it the bumper bolt in the arch for the rear bumper.
Mine are ET30 17x9 :!
are your rear lips flat against the quarter?
Still looks awesome!
honestly im not sure, it was set up to the regular settings before i got the car then with fitting the coilovers i have to rebook to get it checked.
fronts are the 17x8 i think with a 45.
ill dremel the bit off and se if that helps, itll be mid week before im in work to use their dremel
i dont think its the bolt.
the arch lips are folded up as much as i was comfortable doing myself but they could go flatter. from what i can see though its not hitting metal at all on the arch lip
