I was under the impression that Bulletproof was the "official" Ings USA guys. I ordered from them as well. Do they not get stuff to the states before other retailers? I thought going with Bulletproof was the best option for getting parts from Japan? Did I make a bad choice?

We've been importing two containers per month since the beginning of 2005. I've had our kits on order since November 2004 with Ings Japan. I dont have our kits here yet. Ings has not been able to get them on any of our containers as of yet.

I dont know what to say. I've paid for them with the main office of Ings in November of last year. I had a container arrive last week and I have another arriving in under two weeks. No Ings AP1 kits yet, and for this I apologize.

Our containers will continue to come every two weeks (J's Type S carbon aero kit in stock coming on our container this month if anyone wants it).

If anyone has any doubts about our relationship with Ings or our container schedule being the fastest in the industry I encourage you to step up and prove me wrong. Yamashita san is the manager of Ings Japan. Adachi san is the overseas rep. I can provide a phone # for anyone who wishes to call them and ask about the legitimacy of our order or our relationship with Ings. I have nothing to hide.

I'm working as hard as I can to get parts from Japan here as fast as I can. We dont even wait for contaners to fill up, we ship them every two weeks regardless of how full they are. Thats our commitment to speed.

As long as the products are authentic, and they can arrive fast, I wont have no complains...I just hate waiting.

 

I have no doubt that Bulletproof is honest. I have ordered many things from them in the past. Sure somethings take awhile to get from overseas but I have played the waiting game ever since I got this car so its nothing new to me. Bulletproof has top notch customer service so you can feel secure dealing with them.
