After 4hrs last night at my brother's shop I finally got it on well enough to come home. The biggest pain in the ass was the rear Window. Just trying to get the seal to setup an stay in place. everything bolted right into place. Spent almost the whole day cleaning off the window weld an putting the interior back in. I still have some Fitment issues mainly w/ the driver an passenger window seals. Anyways heres some pics

^I'm surprised that it was a noticeable difference. It's only like 50lbs dropped off. You typically won't feel 50lbs of weight difference.

was it worth removing the soft top? i'm debating doing it because i never take off my hardtop. maybe once a year
