Why not just cut the side pieces off and make custom hangers? That way you won't have to deal with gaps, and it would probably look pretty cool too.

 

I have an authentic one and I'd say that fits exactly like mines. It suppose to look like that on the sides. it doesn't line up perfectly. Here's a picture. I know its not the best but better than nothing.

 

I've installed both a real J's and a Forbidden diffuser, both carbon. My Forbidden diffuser actually fits better than the other J's diffuser I have. The only thing I can say that is better on the J's is the mounting hardware. Just my .02

Thanks for your pics guys but in both of those it looks like the sides of the diff sit under the side of the bumper. Which looks good.
Is this the case or is it just the camera and youre saying you have gaps like the one I posted.

Either live with it or buy a Forbidden USA diffuser. Forbiddens mold is slightly different and they tried to fix the side gaps.

 

Of the car or the diffuser lol?
