This includes large items. I dont consider a rear bumper or front bumper or exhaust a large item. Large items to me are "motors". Even those can be flown in. Crate that b*tch up and ship it to me. 
In Hawaii there were several shops airing in full motors and some by boat. I have seen cars shipped by air. 
This coming week a full J's Racing kit like the one above is being flown in 2 day air from Japan and my new Type V hood is being flow in 2 day air. There is a lucky board member that will be sporting the full kit for the Hot Import Days in October...
