J's Type S side skirts?

I've been looking at potential exterior upgrades and I like the look of the J's type s skirts. Are there any owners here that can vouch for them as far as how well they fit and whatnot.

Also, why in the great hell are these things ~ 1000 bucks???

Requesting pics to show more detail on these things.
