x2 I dynoed a b16 crx with ITB's and the foam filters put out 190 whp and 198 whp without them.

Too bad I never thought about putting those strainers like you did.

Yeah I'm aware that it would take a little power away. I wouldn't mind giving up 5-10hp for street driving though. It's worth the piece of mind.

no...no its not
I ran w/filters for awhile, and once I took them off for a back to back comparo, there was no way i was putting them back on.
