taking out the reinforment bar behind the seats:
wouldnt that affect the parts performance with chassis flex etc etc also wouldnt it make the hardtop creak more when going sideways on bumps and driveways?

I wanted to take mine off with my race seats but I was curious about this

Just have to get creative and mount the hardtop without using the crossbrace!!!! Either make some custom brackets like me or there is a guy who sells them in the R/C forum!!! search... bolting down the hardtop!!!!

did you take out the black weather strip on the oem front lip?
if so, does it still sit flush to the bumper pretty well?
any down fall to taking out the black stip before putting it on the bumper?
