I think it looks cool
imagine it as a poster in a frame or something i think it looks interesting

 

Composition needs major work, and the processing is meh.

My eye is drawn to the street light. I didn't even see the hand until the 3rd or 4th time I looked, and didn't see the 1 finger salute until abut the 10th time I looked.
The overpass on the left and the stop light have serious halos
There's an odd loss of contrast in the area under the street light, and a some other spots.

The color toning is cool, but the 3 things I listed above just kill it for me. Don't take this the wrong way, it's just my critique of a photo you posted and asked for opinions of.

 

Water colors? The ass end even looks like it's dripping/bleeding ha

 

looks like i left my glass of water on your photo and the condensation from the glass made its way to the photo lol
