the car is only 3 months old.....how won out can it be?

 

I had the same top down problem when I first got my 06. It's not that its worn, the top doesn't go down all the way because your top is too new. After a while, your top will get into the groove of where to drop back. Just make sure you guide/push the middle bar back when you put your top down.
