Stock wheels are hubcentric. It's just a small thing to do to be sure the wheel is properly centered when mounted on the car, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't when it is virtually free. When I had my TE's they came with hubcentric rings. Car looks good and you have nice wheels, why not be meticulous about everything?

That S2000 is beautiful. I love the wheels, the insanely dark tint, the drop and exhaust.
