when u put them in oven... put temperature @ 200 not 250 as some of our members say... and wait 5min~~ and see if it comes out easy...if it doesn't put it in again and leave it another 4 min... u keep have to watch it...
don't go for smoke or something... last time i failed... and had to buy new headlight for 600 cnd...

based just on this info....someone give him the link on "how to"...there is a LOT more stuff involved ... otherwise he will end up buying another set of headlamps....
