no the intake comes with what you see pictured. most people(myself included)pick up a cooling plate to go with it, since your going to be removing the oem plastic.

I am pretty worried about the password JDM intake, I don't think this is CARB legal in california? plus with the custom testpipe this guy has in I can't pass smog =/
