roof is being replace which means the car has to be gutted so I took the chance to put in the sliver stuff.

how much did your supply weigh?

Not sure how exactly how much but felt like 35lbs or so. ya it's very heavy for how little it is.

yeah those things are very dense and heavy, i have them cover in my DC2 (DD) and its much quieter but with the subs in the back i can def feel the weight...haha

You wont get much difference out of dynamatting the trunk, at least I didn't.

I tried it out and it sounded awesome. sub seemed to have a lot more kick...though the car is still completely stripped down, no seats or anything, and i was just sitting in the shop. so i'll save final judgement till I'm out on the road with an interior

My bad, I'm sure it would help with a sub in the trunk. I dont have one, I dynamatted mine to get rid of excess drone and road noise at hwy speed. It only made a difference in that department when I did the floors.
