Default KJ's BB ap2 picture thread

just wanted to document a little build thread of my s2k

a peek at where I came from... my old subaru; had it for 4 years and went thru many changes with it. custom paint/body work, all kinds of STi parts, jdm bits and aero pieces, etc etc. it gained nasioc's top scoob recognition and rota car of the year in '09. helped me grow so enthusiastic of the modding scene so I can't help but share pictures of it

I've always wanted an s2000 since they debuted. sold the subie on a whim and picked up an '04 BB ap2...

first things were subtle; black emblems/smoked sidemarkers/badges, 15% tint, keyhole covers. then came oem lip and spoiler, and polished ap2v1s

cleared the headlights and custom led running lights, shaved front bumper/license holes, prm intake

bilstein pss9s and 25mm project kics spacers

I've been into the "stance" style for a little while now... my subaru was one of the og "wrong fitment crew" members back several years ago. anyway, I decided to push the limits some with the s2k. went with an affordable xxr 521 wheel to experiment.

traded my pss9s with jdm jay for his buddy club n+ and after lots of rolling, trimming, and spc ball joints...

skunk2 dual, chilicoke side diffusers, and coastal metals front splitter. also installed megan driveshaft spacers

elvis from stance:nation mailed out free decals to spread his site a couple years ago; myself and the other og wfcrew subie guys were some of the first to really rock his stickers. needless to say if you guys are familiar with his site now it has just blown up. elvis remembered and surprised me with a feature after fitting the xxrs

pictures from IA atlanta 2011

picked up a set of work meisters and tried something different

matte denim blue

wasn't completely happy how it turned out... sent them to get redone along with a cusco 6pt. then picked up some rpf1s in the meantime
