substantially less! it feels completely weightless when you just hold the knob in your hand. when I received mine I got pretty nervous, thinking I was going to hate it. But I threw it on the car and it's been there ever since. The way it just slightly alters the shift feel is perfect in my opinion.

for reference I had the muz shiftknob on my old s2000 and I really didn't like it. Could possibly be the shape though, since I think I prefer the shape of the stock knob.

ARC was 94 and same weight
The alex ti knob is only $77 USD.

Pretty decent price for a titanium knob!

I have had about 10 differerent shiftknobs over the years and have to say the Phase and ARC are the best. Alex/Spoon is too OEMish IMO. Dont care for them at all. The Phase is nice and very light. The ARC ball and egg shape ones are great. I had all of them at one time now I am back to the ARC ball one and it works great. It weighs a HUGE 1 pound .

I like the weight and shape of the stock knob. I was just looking for something similar, but countersunk so it sits lower.

I would definitely go with the alex knob on this one, I'm in love with the look/feel of it.

I still think you should try the alex. You won't even notice that its lighter when you put it on. With it being countersunk 10mm, it just slightly alters how the shifter feels. It makes the shifter feel much more precise

I would bid for the heavier knob. I've had both extremes and shifting with a lighter knob gets tiresome for me. It seems to require more effort. Heavier knobs seem to gate and snick much easier. I'm done with light weight knobs. JMHO.

VooDoo spun, polished = lighter than OEM ?? grams, countersunk, round
Spoon = ?? grams, countersunk, egg
Alex ti = lighter than OEM ?? grams, countersunk, egg
OEM = 200 grams, not countersunk, egg
Arc ti = heavier than OEM ??grams, countersunk, smaller than voodoo, round
Muz = 228 grams, countersunk, round
OEM ti = 240 grams, not countersunk, egg
J's ti = 240 grams, countersunk, round
VooDoo ti = 284 grams, countersunk, round
Razo 340r = 340 grams, countersunk, round
Skunk2 = 440 grams, not countersunk, egg

if you want something a little different, i'd go with one of these. Ti just like the others, but not hollow like the Alex one.
