hehe its VERY loud. most of the sound matting has been removed, that w/ the AEM intake and speed exhuast makes for 1 loud car.

Those are good looking wheels, but are they light weight?

The wheels aren't lighter than stock, but light for their size.
18x9 front and 18x10 rear. Theyre like 21lbs in the rear and 19-20 in the front. If I had replace the bolts w/ titanium they would be about 14oz (each) lighter.

Pakisho: NA, there are pics of my aem intake

You should get rid of that convertible top and get a hardtop

Thats pretty amazing. That car must fly. How badly do you spank other S2000's? I'm surprised you went with that wheel and not a lighter one. I guess cost was a factor and it always is. If there was only a way to keep the interior, but use ultra light weight components and make it that light, we'd be in business. As for the sound deadening material you removed. Would you recommend someone removing this but keeping the interior on a street car? How much weight would just the sound deadening material chop off? It seems to be easy to chop off 100-125 pounds off this car, but beyond that you gotta really strip it. Nice ride

yeah $2000 shipped for my wheels or $3-4000 for something thats 2-3 lbs lighter. They are 9 and 10" wheels nothing is gonna be that big and lighter than stock.

The sound deadoning inside the car is probably only 15-25 lbs.

and thank you
