Great shots Wyatt. I'm bummed that you're leaving too. I was really looking forward to meeting you and seeing your car. It is definitely one of the cleanest, well done cars on the board IMCO. Wish you the best on your next ride, school, the future, etc...

The car will be replaced by an Infiniti FX35. The traffic and roads of Vancouver are just too much for a car like this now.
I lived in Vancouver for seven years. I'm also an alumnus of UBC (MBA class of '95). I had no problem with a sports car as my daily driver the entire time. Isn't the FX35 going to cost you more in gas consumption and depreciation?

Hey guys, thanks again for all of the sweet words.
Just because the S will be gone, doesn't mean I will be! So you can still get my boring, short, worthless posts throughout the Gallery.

Yah, the FX will use a little more gas, but what's the difference in even 5mpg? Maybe $300 at the end of the year? I am doing a lease on the FX so I am not too concerned with depreciation. Infiniti is having some awesome lease specials right now, and this $49K MSRP car is leasing for the cost of an average $35K car.

Yesterday was actually only my second or third time with my S2 at UBC/Vancouver. But let me tell you, I was so damn paranoid of scraping the bumper on the massive potholes - not to mention I was flying around inside of the gokart down by Jericho on those crappy roads.

The FX sure is boring compared to the S2000, but I like it for an SUV. It's a "crossover" as Infiniti says, because it really does drive like a sedan (which is it's platform). It will be fine for a little while. I wont have it more than 2 years... Hopefully I'll finish school in the next gen G35c.

Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it.

Damn, sad to see it go, but the car looks GREAT! It looks very clean, I love it. Lately it does seem like every highly modded s2k that was built with taste is being sold...

You better not follow the trend. Yours is my overall favorite on the board, I think.

Thanks... but don't worry, i'm too broke to sell. I need to graduate and get a real job so I can save for a 911... until then it looks like its not going anywhere soon. You should just put the stock suspension in the car while your at school and keep it. It will make it a little more practical, or you could always transfer.
