How do you like it? Did you get the DCT? My friend picked one up a few weeks ago, and I couldn't believe how light the clutch pedal pressure was!

No DCT here, I'm a purist. If they offer a true manual gear box I'm going to opt for it

I will agree with a lot of what people criticize the BMW for in terms of being a little bit on the "sterile" side as far as driver feedback is concerned, but IMHO it's a small price to pay for wrapping up so much fun and luxury in one package. If I want to have the raw race car experience that's what I keep the S around for and can flog it around the track. It's nice to be able to be a bit more comfortable when driving around on the street (but still be able to put the hammer down and have tons of grip).
As for the person who suggested the saloon, I had to go coupe. I could have gotten a better deal on a saloon, but I've never been one for four doors on sports cars (even luxury sports cars). Just a personal thing

The REAL trick now is keeping her stock..... I would imagine at the most I'd look at springs to drop her about an inch, wheels, tint, and a couple of minor cosmetic things (blacking out the kidney grills etc...). Nothing huge but I'll drop back and do more pics if I do mod her at all.
I was surprised how many new M3 owners on M3Post were former S2K owners
