My understanding is that most of the weight (the batteries) is mounted very low therefore despite the narrow track it isn't in danger of tipping over. Still, I'd like to see skidpad and rollover test results.

George Clooney has one of those. My buddy talked to him briefly while he was in a parking lot.

I think they are supposed to help cut down on traffic, that way lanes can be split to fit twice as many cars.
