What about when you're driving top down trough the canyons or the track and want to record it? Your lid stays up?

Nice. Those pics will actually help me take my panels out of my car because my new '04 was conveniently delivered to me with a screw loose somewhere back there that rattles/rolls around while I drive. It's driving me INSANE. Looks like I'll be doing that tomorrow.

Being a film junky,

Not exactly a must have but very useful!

Any steadyshot aspects/balancers on it? or just straightforward tripod?
