Here's a thread on the wiring http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.p...2004+taillights

So far liquid_iq and I don't wait... are the only people I know that did this. I'm doing mine this week when I get the tail lights. I'll try to take a few pics while I'm at it.

I know the Ganley Honda (Hardtopguy) has done this. You may pm him. They were working on some sort of kit or instructions for the process.

After speaking with I dont wait this should be very simple. Maybe 2 hour tops. I have the 04 headlamps already and am going to stick with the 04 theme on the lights.

I refuse to beat in my inner tail light housing to put 04's in my car, I replaced the 00's with a case of the pinky's and could have ran 04's but went with 02-03's with the chrome ring around the inner lamps instead of beating and cutting my inner housing up.

What you guys need to do is switch it up with a nice set of APC lights from Pep Boy's. That will definetly set you apart. Does anyone know of a DIY with 98 civic hatch taillights on their S'. I am considering doing this because I want so bad to be different.

Actually lis2k and myself were the first ones in the country to do this to lis2k's S. It is not a pretty procedure, better not to watch. They look great at night, too bad the blinkers are amber and not clear plastic. Do a search from some Fall Colors 2003 photos and u'll see a sebring S with the 04 tail lights.
