Curious to ask...Do you know how long the clear bra was on there before you took it off? Did you do any special procedure when taking it off(using a heat gun)? Or did you just peel it off taking the paint with it?

I am asking as I believe I might be in the same situation as far as the clear bra removal goes. My bra has probably been on the car since new, that being about 6 yrs. now.

no i dont know
and i didnt do anything to try to take it off.
it just ...started coming off more.

and i dont think its going to be $7000.
i got a few quotes and its still around 2-3 thousand
and they saw it in person so i dont think it would be inaccurate.

its just kind of annoying that i didn't think too much about it when we bought it.

let me see the car i ll tell you how bad it is
if nothing wrong with the door panels no need to paint the whole car.
and get CF trunk and j's wing , for the front bumper get the j's kit so you good to go

i wish you could buy my j's stuff since they were already in black
