I think that video was shot of TopFuel's old car, which had a hytech exhaust system and ITB's (correct me if I'm wrong?). Maybe someone else can chime in, but it's definitely not the most credible of videos. It sounds like someone edited the sound from some 60's muscle car onto the image playback.
