black rays are the only way to go. those red look nice right now...but in time you won't think the same thing about your pink lungs 
i have te37s w/blue stickers, blue stems, and black lugs. i like the combo more than when i had the blue stickers, blue stems, and blue rays lugs. this is on a gunmetal pair of 18s.
the blues became like a faded turquoise almost. it actually looks nice on some colors and wheels, but not on my car.
