is the hdr function on editing programs limited to photoshop? i use photo studio that came with my 350d does that have it?

i might bite the bullet and go for elements or something

CS3 has a merge to HDR function but as u can see above just HDR kinda sucks... you need to get a tone mapping plugin to make it cooler...

idk what elements is.. im guessing if photostudio came free it doesnt have HDR its $$$ program

damn it u make me hate my s2, if only I can run that kind of lip without having to do crazy fabrication.

i have a question for ya, what do you mean by, you can shoot all 3 exposures at the same time?

is there a function for that?

You can setup a camera to make adjustments so you'll take one photo at +1, one at 0 and one at -1 where you click the button and it changes automatically for you or etc. One shot is one exposure though, you can't get multiple exposures from one single click just because when the shutter opens, that exposure is that photo, the shutter has to open again to get another exposure. Just because it is digital the same basic rules of how photography works still applies.
