well, there was a group buy a while back (1-2 years) and a fellow member from Green Bay who I met a few weeks ago said he bought it in the group buy, but decided not to install it, so he got the HKS exhaust. i asked how much, he said 350! I did some research, it was GB priced for $550 plus shipping! I dont know if you could even find it anywhere, and MG Racings web site is horrible. I would call TimS2K and see if he has any left, he was the one who did the GB.

It is a little more responsive, and mid range/top end have improved some. I am really not expecting too much for gains. The Invidia shows a gain of 2.4 horsepower, which is not noticebale unless on a dyno!

I dont mind the slip fit....it just makes it easier to take off if I decide to sell it!

Thanks for the comments by the way!!
going through some stock I have left from a long time ago and found a few more of these exhausts. I used this exhaust on my first s2000 and loved it (no rust, no breaking and no rattling)

pics look good! glad to see a product I designed back in the day still around (I think there were 30 of these made and I still have apx 8 in stock)

Johnny--2K,
Can you tell us if there is any droning with this system?

Tims2k,
Can you tell us how much you want for the remaining exhaust systems?

Thanks.

The left side is lower than the right side. One side sticks out more than the other. Other than that, it looks nice.

yeah...it is a little off, im taking it back to the shop to have them straighten it out.

There is minimal to no droning with this system, but I will tell you that i only have about 500 miles on it, and it gets louder and louder every time i drive it. it is a very deep mellow tone, with a little burble/backfire when letting off the gas between shifts. It also makes the vtec crossover in first sound really mean!!

Tims2k still hasn't gotten back to me If I do buy a system from him I think I'll weld those slip-flanges for a cleaner look and to prevent any leaks.
