Looks real to me. The windshield is shattered. Also, look at the suspension. The only thing I don't understand is where the tree up-rooted from.

The plates look German,

a few days ago a massive storm hit Berlin, uprooting loads of trees.

It looks like the tree fell, that its branches hit the floor first, cushioning the fall, and then the trunk hit the car's roof...

This is real. The picture has been in german press and television. We had a strong storm over here. Looks like the guy can now get a new mini from the insurance. Maybe a Cooper S this time... :-)
