unfortunatly that rev range is perfect for the back roads around here, and by the time i got back i had a splitting head ache!

u definetly hear this exhaust at its most pronounced at that same range. if you cruise at a steady highway speed in the 5-6K range; the droning dissapears.

but i actually like that the exhaust makes itself known during rpm changes (but it's not my daily driver)

relative to other aftermarket exhausts - very quiet. relative to stock - it's loud.

yes, and i can see how it would get tiresome but right now i just think it is a beautiful sound. also, if you maintain the rpm's, at pretty much any level, there is no sound.

but the sound is one of the main reasons i bought it (other than saving weight)... i don't know of any aftermarket exhausts that provide as significant a weight savings without louder sound.
