if you think about it. mugen got their design just from adding spokes. MF10 has 10 spokes. MF8's have 8 spokes. those MF8's dont look anything like f1 rims. and then you have the RNR's. all pretty similar rim design. but i dont know why im even talking about this here. this thread got me confused.

Look again the Ray's F1 spokes are not setup individually.
If they were their would an identical space in between each spoke.
If you look at the picture you can see that there's smaller space holes and then larger space holes from spoke to spoke
At first glance, the Rays F1 wheels look like the spokes are evenly spaced, but i do see that they're not. However, the Mugen MF10's spokes are obviously not evenly spaced. One of your arguments for them looking alike was the shape and distance of the spokes but obviously the shape and distance are totally different.

So uh, you're wrong.

So you're saying first the Mugen RNR came out(5 spoke),then the MF8(RNR plus 3 spokes),then the MF10's(MF8 plus 2 spoke). That part I get but then you continue to go on and say "MF8's don't look like F1 rims"
When the hell did I type that MF8's look like F1 rims?
This is why I changed the name of this thread topic

This is some stupid thread.
If those two look similar, I might as well post up some thread like this in ferrari forum and say "I couldn't help notice the resemblance of the F430 to my s2000."

OP just made himself look bad by saying such thing as "Whatever makes you feel better about not be able to have Mugen wheels " and try to make people think what he is thinking.

WTF are talking about?
The other guy argued that they are different style because Ray's F1 is individually spaced and Mugen MF10's aren't.If this was true he would be right.
You see he was incorrect and that the Ray's F1 spokes are in fact not evenly spaced and Mugen MF10 spokes are not evenly spaced so that means they're the same style.

The fact that the Rays F1 are BARELY double-spoked and the MF10's are OBVIOUSLY double-spoked shows that the rims DON'T look alike.

Either way, they don't resemble one another.
