It's hard to tell because the OP picture appears to have aftermarket rear fenders...
It does look like the car in the OP's pic has ASM rear over fenders. But from what I've seen none of the actual J's racing cars have rear overfenders on them, they always just completely unroll the lip of the rear fender.

If that is really a screen shot from the "battle at 10000 rpm", the same one with the esprit and ritmo nsx's then i know the car doesn't run overfenders on the rear.

But the more i look at it, the more i think that its not from that battle or at least the one i've seen. The battle had the esprit nsx, ritmo nsx, cwest s2000, j's racing s2000, spoon s2000, and jun dc5, but that car in the back looks to be a 350z and i dont think there was a camera car in that battle? Maybe there was a different battle at 10000rpm, anyone know if this is a reoccurring title in the BMI/Hot version movies?

Anyone with more info please speak up, i've always wanted more pictures of the car in the OP's post

I believe it's actually the stock fenders heavily rolled/flared:

Tsukuba Battle at 10,000rpm.

this is another one of j's cars, these almost look like sheet metal over fenders that have been tacked on

I really liked that battle at 10,000 vid. The Js s2k really did have some awesome cornerning speeds. There was a shot where both the NSX and S2K went into the turn at the same time with the s taking the outside route and still coming out faster despite the torque disadvantage. Bad ass.

The FD was really killling it though. That three rotor sound is something else. A sound like no other.
