We got hosed!

 

That's just the prototype.

 

I've been told by my brother-in-law (die-hard Transformers fan and collector) that those pics of the S2K Transformer are actually of the prototype....he also pointed out that about a month or two ago, that same exact prototype was being sold on eBay....

These Transformers are from the "Alternator" series that they're selling right now....bascially this series uses real cars (like the S2K, RX-8, WRX, etc.) and makes them Transformers....He reassured me that the final version of the S2K will look somewhat similar, only with different/better coloration and detail....

Also there's speculation as to the identity of this Transformer, since all of the Alternator-series Transformers are just old-school Transformers with new car bodies....for example: the RX-8 above is the Autobot known as "Jazz" (notice the head)

I'm guessing the S2K may be "Blaster"....
