Are those supposed to be lighweight wheels??? Sure as hell don't look light... And what about air flow for the brakes??

I know this was a concept car or whatever, but I just can't see how it could've been a concept for a sports car...

 

I remember when road and track tested that thing way back in 2000 or 2001, it was on the cover

 

Those wheels look funky! Anyone know the model name?

 

Supposedly the ventilation for the brakes is through the " smile "
