do you really have a stock exhaust with that massive turbo? man you could free up so much power with a 3 inch single...

engine bay is sick.
i knowwww. but im not entirely about performance (even with the numbers its putting down- lol)

i like a quiet exhaust, and dude, it is beautiful sound wise. sounds like a sleeper all day until it opens up.

so its either 25+hp
or
quiet, enjoyable ride thats still fast and im able to hear my radio and not attract cops.

I go with choice B

( yes, i get it guys- im allllllll alone with my street glow. but proud of it
chicks dig glow... lolol )

Nice car and clean engine setup! I like the hood too.

My suggestions aren't much different than the rest

-New wheels (Volk, Work, Enkei, SSR, Prodrive, etc)
-Lower
-No underglow
definitely all for volks if they weren't so dang expensive... any less expensive suggestions or any good sites/ classifids selling decent volks?

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!
you can spend 8-10k on a turbo setup, but not at least 1k on a good coilover setup? how did none of the rest of you guys catch this? this was the very first mod i did: tein flex/edfc. you could at least spend a couple hundred on some spring to drop it and roll your fenders.

wheels
streetglow
height
mase kit

......im so torn........
b/c money doesn't keep reappearing after you buy expensive things.

i got eibach lowering springs installed with the rims and tires.
i like them, but its getting to the point where im pondering if its even worth spending a lot more money to simply replace things that are already decent.
i love the space between the fenders and the wheels- its perfect to me, but the problem is i got 18's, not 17's so even with a tight fit, its still a lil high.
(i couldnt find any 17s i liked in my budget at the time)

i've heard nothing but bad things about any coilovers under the 1grand price range- then again, i havent done a lot of research. what are good coilovers out there that will do the job with a drop and good reliable ride feel without being so expensive?

and even if i find some good coilovers, then what? how the heck am i gonna prevent any scratching if my rims are staggered and profile further than the fenders? i think the drop woould look good but would just create more driving problems for me and the money may not be worth that.

perhaps a last option would be to get some side skirts that install a little lower than the actual body of the car (like the GP sports side skirts)??? what do you guys think?

(i purchased the mugen lip recently- pics soon)

enkei rpf1...as for coilovers you can always get used ones i got my tein flex for 650...got mine from craigslist but check the for sale forum, to prevent the scratching roll your fenders got mine done for 80 delivered to my house im sure you can even find cheaper if you look around, post your offset in the wheel thread im sure everyone will help you out with camber and everything you need to know afterall thats what s2ki is for ....btw dont like the street glow but whatever makes you happy with your car i personally dont like some of the ridiculous offsets and camber in here but some people do ...so as people like to say to each his own...

i thought about that, (not replacing the rims but dropping it) but how in the hell could i do it without the wheels scrapping the fenders if the wheels are coming out further than the damn fenders? they scrape enough as it is already...
so is dropping it possible? and if so, what coilovers do you recommend that could be still be decent without going over 1000$?

(btw, its funny b/c not ONE person on s2ki like those rims (lol) but in real life, everybody loves them- I haven't had one person thats told me they don't like them! lol, what is up with that?
I am jealous of your turbo

I am also in your same boat, I can't (or don't want to) drop it because my front wheels rub on really big dips on stock suspension already. So I am waiting and thinking about buying wideer front fenders, and then I will drop it, but fenders + paint would be $1500+.

As far as good coilovers for that price, I thought the BC Racing BR coilovers looked pretty decent for $999, although I'll probably spend the extra $500 for Bilsteins when/if I get some.

No one on here likes my wheels either! I did a poll and only 5 out of 100+ people said they like them. But who cares if we like them

Don't get RPF1s...please...they are so played out on S2000s. I am sure there are some wheels that are almost as light or good for similar pricing.

For example O.Z. Alleggerita HLT are just as light and are $1200 compared to $966 (on Tire Rack which is expensive already). So not much more money and at least you'll look different than everybody. Plus they make them in black, blue, gold, orange, matte graphite, red, and white, so you have a lot of choices.

Or these look good and are a steal! Only 2-3 lbs ea. than the Enkeis or O.Z. and a set of 4 is only $636 on Tire Rack, and they have black, silver, and grey (I don't work for Tire Rack, they just have a good site and I am lazy right now to look at other options) http://www.tirerack.com/upgrade_garage/Big...h=Black+Painted

^^Those are nonstaggered
