I've been going back and forth with what I'm doing. Now that I'm working my ass off and making money, I think I want to throw some more into the car

16 will mess up an AP2's handling because the suspension geometry was designed for the 17" wheels

You must be out of your mind if you think that Ferrari's are reliable
hi, i am still not sure you are getting what's i am trying to say..well, let's see you could understand me a little better

let's just say this...and i am keeping it as simple as possible

if you have a set of 17 oem wheel, with stock tires, the over all diamesion is X(stock)

now i am going to get a 16 inch wheel, it have the same offset, same width, and it clears the brake and all the suspension part, i could easily match the 16 inch wheels up a tires that would bring the over all diamension to X(stock)

i am sure honda do engneering and test on the car with a particular overall size in their mind. but downsizing could be done without side effect.

then someone would ask, why you want to go thru all the hassles to do that.

1)16inch wheel are most likely to be lighter than 17, which is a plus if you like to track your car as much as i do.

2)cheaper, most +1 size of the same wheel would be higher in price, which is another plus for me, since my budget is limited

3)tires selection, most slick, R-compound offer the most size in 15-16 inch range, again, this is the single most important factor of all.

as you can see, i am looking at the whole downsize deal in a trackwhore's prospective, it would most likely be my track only setup and i don't could care less how the car look. I know there's no universal rules for grassroot racing, that's just how i do things.

I think they look fine....

At least the majority of the comments have to do with the sizing choice, and not the fact that they're Rotas - cuz that would be just damn ignorant
