Default My baby is hurt :(

Welp it finally happened. Woke up at 6:30 this morning and detailed the car inside and out for a photoshoot at the beach. Got my morning coffee and then ran out to wal mart to get some valve stem caps. I parked in the empty area at the end of the row, to avoid getting hit but sadly lazy people still cut through parking spots instead of going to the very end of the row to do a U-turn. I was walking up to my car and a green F 150 came up from behind me and cut through the parking spots, at this point I was right behind my car popping the trunk, when the F150 turned at full lock to the right and hit my car. He dragged the entire side of his car against my front end. He ended up dragging my car to the right about 9-10 inches, my wheels were turned slightly to the right and my steering wheel was rotated to the right 180 degrees. Long story short the guy was a gentleman about it, and I got his info. Waiting for monday to roll around to get some estimates done. Sigh

A nice yellow pinstripe at the bottom of his door.

In this shot you can see the marks my tires left behind from being pushed to the right

Scuffed Headlight

Diagram I made of the wal mart parking lot

His excuse was " I didn't see your car "....c'mon it's highlighter yellow

and for reference a before shot:

Could've been a lot worse, and atleast the guy was cooperative.

I once sat outside a grocery store for nearly 3 hours because an stubborn old lady who pulled to deep into her parking space parked her front end right on top of mine, and refused to admit fault.
