I used to teach Tae Kwon Do to beginners

(highest rank I ever achieved was black stripe before an accidental, but HARD, kick to my back knocked me out of the loop for a good three years now)

 

Hey man don't sweat it.......I got hurt bad too

I blew my right knee out real bad about a year ago - since then
it has popped out of place a good 20 times.......Everytime I pull a
few quick moves or steps "pop" the it gets swollen for 2 days then
goes away - almost as if I have no tendon or muscle holding the bone
in place.......I need to wait for surgery, but after that I'll need 5-6 months
off of any "crazy" movements - but that's hard.......so we'll see
