That is a huge bummer, some people are such morons. There had to be some yellow paint on the back of his car. Hope the situation gets resolved.

to do the ap2 front end conversion what has to be done? is it just a bumper or do I have to change the head lights and fenders?

Just the bumper. You will find that the dust guards do not match exact but they are usable. I used zip ties to secure them.

You just need to shave off part of the support bar too.
