Default My Christmas present finally arrived!

My girlfriend gave me a set of Craft Square mirrors for Christmas. Yes, she is that cool and no, I do not deserve someone as wonderful as her. She ordered them in December from Bulletproof and they finally got here Friday.

Thanks to a fantastic install thread posted by Seung, the installation was quite easy. They look fantastic on the car.

The stock mirrors would never adjust out far enough for me. I had huge blind spots when the top was up. The Craft Square mirrors make a HUGE difference. The field of view has to be at least 2-3 times better than the stock mirrors. Both sides have convex lenses and you can actually see the car RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. I took the car out for a drive yesterday and as I would pass a SUV or Pick Up, I could actually see the front of the vehicle in my side window while I could see the rear of that same vehicle in my mirror. Good bye blind spots!

Yea, the base plates look good on the car. The only thing I was not happy about was the finish on the base plates. They had a few scratches on them. No big deal, I think I can buff them out if I want.

Seung, again, thanks for the great write up.

Actually, they look quite nice on the car. I did not want them because they look nice. I got them because they are much more functional than the stock mirrors.
