thats freaking awesome man!The picture of the driver side fender only, was that before or after the wet sand? How much psi are you running through the gun and how far back do you typically spray? How much overlap do you do? Im really impressed! I really cannot wait to see the final product.
PSI of the gun varied between basecoat and clearcoat. I basically followed the tech sheets from each of the products. I believe I did 35psi at the gun with the trigger pulled for basecoat and 30psi for clear.

I was about 8 inches back with 50-75% overlap on base and 6 inches with 50% overlap on clear. I also reduced my clear because I don't have a very efficient gun and I was getting way too much overspray.

Driver side fender only shot with me in the reflection is before wetsanding.

Really great job, but I'd like to mention a small "problem" I spotted..

I just saw this topic for the first time and if I were you, I'd be a bit worried about the water that has, now, no way out from the engine bay..
In stock conditions there are ways for avoiding the water staying for long in engine bay creating "erosion" problems to the body..
I hope that something like that doesn't exist in this occasion !

Keep up creating nice S2ks!

My only concern would be the Fuse box. That location, being in the wheel well and not sitting flat as normal can be a problem with water getting into it. I have seen issues with water damaging the electronics due to water getting into the fuse box. Otherwise, LOTS of work, looks really nice. Glad to see you take the time to do things right with a full color change

What part of the car are the two pictures below? Are they part of the heater or A/C system?
